Dover Street Barn - A beautiful pole barn location in the heart of the downtown area. We would love to see a new facade added to this barn.

The intent was to renovate these dilapidated buildings into a mixed-use space while preserving as much historic fabric as possible so these buildings can again serve our community. LCF successfully raised funds and completed work to bring these buildings to a renovated state. An inspired, private investor purchased these buildings to continue the renovations with the intent to bring restaurant(s), retail and more opportunities to our community.
